MAP
Young people can access mental health advice, support, and counseling at MAP. This is free, confidential, and carried out by trained professionals. There are drop-in centers for young people to talk to a mental health advisor, as well as an online counseling service.
Kooth
Kooth is a fully accredited online youth counseling service with the British Association of Counseling and Psychotherapy (BACP). It aims to provide young people with a safe and welcoming space to explore their mental health needs.
