Overview
Dereham Hospital provides professional inpatient rehabilitation services plus a range of outpatient clinics.
Foxley Rehabilitation Unit's 20 bed inpatient ward sees patients able to recover under the caring watch of NCH&C's professional staff.
Foxley Rehabilitation Unit provides an integrated approach to care and rehabilitation through close multi-disciplinary working which aims to maximise the rehabilitation potential for all its users.
Our experienced nurses, therapists and support staff also provide a number of clinics here, enabling patients to access our the very best outpatient services closer to their own homes.

Leg Ulcer Clinic
The clinic provides assessment, management and treatment of venous leg ulcers including health promotion and follow up care in order to prevent recurrence.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Courses designed for people with a diagnosed respiratory condition (such as COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung diseases etc) who are beginning to experience limitations in everyday activities because of breathlessness.
Musculoskeletal Occupational Therapy
The Occupational Therapy Services provides assessment, treatment, advice, education and support on a range of musculoskeletal problems.
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
The Physiotherapy Service provides assessment, treatment, advice, education and support on a range of musculoskeletal problems.
Speech and Language Therapy - Adult (Community)
The Community Speech and Language Therapy Team offer expert assessment and management of communication and swallowing problems associated with ageing, stroke, mental health and progressive neurological conditions.

Overview
North Walsham and District War Memorial Hospital is set in the picturesque market town of North Walsham, North Norfolk.
The caring and friendly staff at the hospital offer patients access to expert rehabilitation and care within a modern, 24-bed ward.
The Outpatient Unit also provides people with access to a range of clinics and physiotherapy services.
With a garden for visitors and patients and surrounded by trees, the hospital reopened to patients in May 2012 after undergoing a major £3.7m redevelopment. The project saw the former 1920's hospital building demolished in late 2011 and replaced with brand new ward facilities.
